During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the two key offerings of this hotel - clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was centrally located and close to all the main attractions. I enjoyed the inclusion of a breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. the rooms facing the busy street were extremely noisy and lacked sound protection, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located near the center of everything, just a few blocks from the main plaza. the rooms, although on the smaller side, are well decorated and comfortable, with amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel. the friendly staff speaks English and is always ready to assist. the breakfast is served fresh and hot, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers valet parking, making it convenient with vehicles.
One drawback is that the dining room closes at 6 p.m., potentially limiting dining options in the evening.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, making excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions.
Small Rooms and Chaotic Breakfast the rooms were smaller than expected, and for some guests, it could be an issue as some rooms had no window or a tiny window facing the interior of the hotel. the breakfast could be chaotic at times, and the service lacked coordination.
